Sake-no-wa says the brewery is Kameoka Shuzo, but it seems to be Chiyonokame Shuzo now. The rice is Matsuyama Mitsui. The yeast is Matsuyama Mitsui. Slightly sweet and refreshing, but with a delicious rice flavor. It has a slightly peculiar and peculiar flavor.
The peculiar peculiar flavor is like an off-flavor sometimes found in light blue bottles of sake. I've had this flavor at Yamori in the past, and several other times...
I think it got a little better after I transferred the bottles.
I bought the rest of the sake that was sold at the Hanshin Department Store Nishinomiya's Nama Sake Fair around June because they were still selling it, but I wonder if I made a mistake.
Kaygetsu came to the tasting and sale, but they don't come to Umeda very often, but they come to Nishinomiya and Amagasaki a lot 🤔.

I didn't know about the OF problem with the light blue bottles, so I'm late to the party, but it was a good learning experience for me! It seems to be caused by the copper used to color the light blue bottles, so it sounds like it could be an individual bottle or some defect in the cleaning process after manufacturing 🤔.
