It's a gift.
The rice polishing ratio is 35%😳.
It is a Junmai Daiginjo, but the aroma is not too strong, and the flavor is also very good. It has no peculiarities and is easy to drink.
This sake is made by Shinozaki, a sake brewer in Asakura City, Fukuoka Prefecture. We chose it for an after-dinner drink. This year, the brewery openings themselves were cancelled across the board, so we didn't have many opportunities to drink new sake... I hope Corona will be settled soon (-_-;)
The taste is clean and dry, but you can taste some sweetness and sourness at the beginning and end. I would like to have a little more sweetness in my personal taste. It has no peculiarity in a good sense, so it is recommended for those who like a crispy type.

For a Junmai Ginjo, the aroma and taste are rather subdued.
But this is not so bad.
It has no peculiarities, so it's just plain delicious. It goes well with meals.
