This sake is made by Shinozaki, a sake brewer in Asakura City, Fukuoka Prefecture. We chose it for an after-dinner drink. This year, the brewery openings themselves were cancelled across the board, so we didn't have many opportunities to drink new sake... I hope Corona will be settled soon (-_-;) The taste is clean and dry, but you can taste some sweetness and sourness at the beginning and end. I would like to have a little more sweetness in my personal taste. It has no peculiarity in a good sense, so it is recommended for those who like a crispy type.

The rice used is Yamadanishiki from Fukuoka Prefecture This is the first time this brewery They also make shochu, whiskey, and gin. The only whisky I knew of was Asakura. I think this one is a gentle dry sake. It has a smooth taste with a hint of sweetness. The aftertaste is astringent and dry, but not too assertive. It's a good food sake. ❗️ It was delicious.

Date of manufacture: 2022.01 Almost a year old It was napping in the vegetable room. I was thinking that the freshly squeezed juice I thought it was ruined... It's sweet and tasty. I purchased a sake called Hiramatsu. The reason for the purchase was that it looked fresh and cool in appearance, as the weather has been hot. It was easy.
