ゆーIt was described as sweet, so I asked for it. Indeed. Is it a frame of sake that is more refreshing and easy to drink than water?
It was delicious. 倍割りThis is also Yamada Nishiki.
It has a sweet taste.

This is the first time this brewery
They also make shochu, whiskey, and gin.
The only whisky I knew of was Asakura.
I think this one is a gentle dry sake.
It has a smooth taste with a hint of sweetness.
The aftertaste is astringent and dry, but not too assertive.
It's a good food sake. ❗️

Almost a year old
It was napping in the vegetable room.
I was thinking that the freshly squeezed juice

It's sweet and tasty.

I thought it might taste even better if it were freshly squeezed
I thought it might taste even better if it was freshly squeezed.
I regret it when I think about it 😢. もんたI purchased a sake called Hiramatsu. The reason for the purchase was that it looked fresh and cool in appearance, as the weather has been hot. It was easy. It tastes refreshing and is very easy to drink. It does not have the harshness of sake. It tastes almost like water and seems to go well with all kinds of food. YanIt's a gift.
The rice polishing ratio is 35%😳.
It is a Junmai Daiginjo, but the aroma is not too strong, and the flavor is also very good. It has no peculiarities and is easy to drink. みやぞーThis sake is made by Shinozaki, a sake brewer in Asakura City, Fukuoka Prefecture. We chose it for an after-dinner drink. This year, the brewery openings themselves were cancelled across the board, so we didn't have many opportunities to drink new sake... I hope Corona will be settled soon (-_-;)
The taste is clean and dry, but you can taste some sweetness and sourness at the beginning and end. I would like to have a little more sweetness in my personal taste. It has no peculiarity in a good sense, so it is recommended for those who like a crispy type.

It has no peculiarities, so it's just plain delicious. It goes well with meals. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
