This sake is made by Shinozaki, a sake brewer in Asakura City, Fukuoka Prefecture. We chose it for an after-dinner drink. This year, the brewery openings themselves were cancelled across the board, so we didn't have many opportunities to drink new sake... I hope Corona will be settled soon (-_-;) The taste is clean and dry, but you can taste some sweetness and sourness at the beginning and end. I would like to have a little more sweetness in my personal taste. It has no peculiarity in a good sense, so it is recommended for those who like a crispy type.

I had a sip of the sake that my partner ordered. I felt it was more sour and sweet than the Nokomi I ordered, but I thought it was more of a dry sake. The label is stylish, isn't it~(^-^)

After walking around the park in the neighborhood with a chuhai in one hand and watching the cherry blossoms, I went in with too much energy. I had a glass of wine... The taste was crisp and dry. Unfortunately, I don't have the vocabulary to describe the dry taste... I will study hard. Oh, it was Junmai Ginjo.

A sake brewery in Koga City, Fukuoka is selling a limited edition of 2,000 bottles of Junmai Daiginjo from February. It is a rare sake that is only available at 8 stores... We had it at Sensei, a famous corner shop. It has a rich taste in the mouth, but it fades out naturally, so it goes well with any kind of food. I think I'll repeat it. I'm sorry, Inada "Shigekura" -> "Juzo" is wrong.
