The rice used is Yamadanishiki from Fukuoka Prefecture
This is the first time this brewery
They also make shochu, whiskey, and gin.
The only whisky I knew of was Asakura.
I think this one is a gentle dry sake.
It has a smooth taste with a hint of sweetness.
The aftertaste is astringent and dry, but not too assertive.
It's a good food sake. ❗️
It was delicious.
