Takumichi Sutani
Greyish crystal. It has aromas of melon, pear, topping and green bamboo. Slightly soft on the palate, with a moderate sweetness and a firm acidity, and a rather long finish.

White Chrysanthemum Not from Okunoto or Tosa, but "just" white chrysanthemum They probably gave it a name first. The city of Ishioka in Ibaraki Prefecture, where the brewery is located, has a very old history, as the national government of Hitachi Province used to be located there. Incidentally, Ishioka City is also home to "just" Shiraga, not Nada's "Kurosho Shiraga". Mild aroma and dry taste It is not light, but has a thick line. It is a real dry taste that gives you an image of Saigodon who is a little thick and solid. I'm happy because I've been drinking a lot of sweet sake lately, but I'd like something to eat. It's too good for a hungry stomach.

Maito
The correct name is sake brewed by Hirose Shoten. It is said that all the rice of Shirakiku is from contracted farmers, and they are very particular about it. The aroma is refreshing and mellow. The attack is gentle, but the sweetness of the rice spreads slowly in the mouth. The aftertaste is solid umami and bitterness.

Tastes like amazing rice! Is this what mellow is called...? The lotus root which I bought in Ibaraki and the marinated cherry tomato which I dipped in myself were my main ingredients.
