This is a (supposedly) honjozo sake loved by the locals in Satomi Village. It's a sake like a sake. It sometimes comes with a throbbing sound and makes you want to eat Saki Squid. At Ibaraki Jizake Bar Mito. I only asked for one drink, but they offered me one as a complimentary drink.

It's a beautiful, light and dry wine, but you can feel the flavor afterwards, and it's a great friend of rice. According to the brewer, it's a combination of Miyamanishiki and 310. The former Satomi Village is located in the countryside in the mountains of Ibaraki Prefecture, but the brewers and the sake are very refined. At the Japanese Sake Bar
