This is a summer-only nigori sake from Mutsu Hachisen. It is slightly dry and has a low alcohol content of 13 degrees. I let it rest for a long time, and then I had it. It's easy to drink, just like cider! When you mix the oranges, the sweetness of the rice 😋 the end of the glass is so tender! It's like doburoku. It's so good! Perfect for a summer night✨.

思ったより辛さも甘みもなく。すっとはいって行きすぎて、日本酒をのんだ感があんまりなかった。若干変わった味が途中で混ざった。なんか、お米のとぎ汁を極限に薄くしたような、若干の雑味。
