The sake rice is jungin spec, using Gin no Sei and Sakekomachi.
The retro-inspired etchings are nice after a long time. ☺️ The aroma is a gentle melon-like ginjo aroma with a refreshing alcohol aroma. The taste is surprisingly fruity and soft sweetness spreads softly in the mouth, making it easy to drink 😋😋.
