Tonight, Akita is a special order from the well-known Fukurokuju Sake Brewery in Ippon Suisei✨. The sake rice is jungin spec, using Gin no Sei and Sakekomachi. The retro-inspired etchings are nice after a long time. ☺️ The aroma is a gentle melon-like ginjo aroma with a refreshing alcohol aroma. The taste is surprisingly fruity and soft sweetness spreads softly in the mouth, making it easy to drink 😋😋. The finish is well balanced with a good amount of alcohol. It is a versatile sake for a mealtime drink 🍶.

This sake is made by Fukurokuju Sake Brewery This store, Fukurokuju, has no particular relationship with this sake, but they have a connection with it. Hikobei (blue) and Michizakura (red). Purchased because it is sold only in Akita Prefecture Nowadays, you can get anything on the Internet. I've never bought it because of the shipping costs. I think Fukurokuju is the conscience of Akita. Compared to ICHIHAKUSUISEI, it has a stronger sake character. It has a strong and powerful flavor.
