Purchased at Tokyo Station. Trial size 1-goupe bottle. 100% sake brewing rice The aroma has a hint of sweetness. In the mouth, it is smooth and banana-like sweetness spreads. A bit of bitterness is delayed a bit, and finally sourness is felt. The ever-changing flavor is enjoyable 😊. Although it has little fragrance, it is easy to drink with moderate sweetness and enjoyable with the change from bitter to sour taste 🍶.
