It says Gotenzakura in small letters on the lower left corner of the front label, but I was told that it was a PB from a local liquor store. Sake made with LED dream yeast from Tokushima🍶. The aroma on the nose is gorgeous and fruity. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the smooth sweetness and umami. It also has a fruity overtone. This sake has a good aroma. It was delicious 🍶✨.

Gotenzakura doburoku, which my father somehow bought on Amazon.com. I remember drinking (or eating?) doburoku like porridge last year, but I can't remember the brand. I remember drinking (or eating?) doburoku like porridge last year, but I can't remember the brand...it's been a long time since then. The initial aroma is faintly sweet with a hint of koji malt. In the mouth, there is a slight sourness like plain yogurt and a slight sweetness of rice. I was able to drink it quite refreshingly while chewing on the rice. I guess it's like a sweet sake with a lot of sake lees, but with much less sweetness. It was delicious ✨.

Obenro Emaki No.2 Gokurakuji Temple is Gotenazakura Junmai Ginjo by Saito Shuzo Brewery A nice sake with a clean ginjo aroma and a delicious taste that follows afterwards! Saito Shuzojo doesn't even show up in this app's brewery search! But this quality is good!

The sake is brewed with rice produced in Tokushima Prefecture and subsoil water from a tributary of the Yoshino River (the Ayukui River), and then slowly squeezed using the traditional "tank-shibori" method over a long period of time to create a sake with a clean and soft taste with little miscellaneous flavors. In addition, the junmai daiginjo and junmai ginjo use the "LED dream yeast" developed in Tokushima Prefecture. The yeast is said to have high fermentation power and produces a refreshing taste with a good aroma. The aroma and sweetness are both moderate, with a hint of bitterness.
