Drinking continues at Don Chaya 🕺. We emptied the weird "Haneya", followed by another round 🍶. We chose our first brand that we could see in the cellar✨ First "Kame no Ou Junmai Ginjo Shiboritate" 🎉. Not much in the way of aroma, but a clean sweetness on the palate, with a pleasantly sharp and sweet [Kame-no-o] lingering finish! I found out later that they revived Kame-no-o and used this episode as a model for Natsuko's Sake, so in a sense, they are the pioneer of Kame-no-o 😁.

This sake is made from Kame-no-o, the model for "Natsuko's Sake," the sake that got me hooked on sake, by the Kusumi Shuzo brewery. I've always wanted to try it. I want to try Kame-no-o next.

Not Kame-no-Oh, but Kusumi's Kame-no-Oh Sake after a long time! As is typical of Niigata sake, it is light and refreshing. But you can taste the sweetness of Kame-no-o. The low alcohol content makes it very easy to drink. Fruity taste from the moment you put it in your mouth.

Also by "Kusumi Shuzo" 🍶. The aroma is moderate 😌. Fruity, with a delicious rice flavor 😉. Soft, fine and refreshing ✨. The crisp acidity finishes off the finish 🎵. Low alcohol content makes it very easy to drink 😋.

Purchased after returning home. I think it had a slightly yeasty flavor, but combined with the atmosphere of the place, it was intoxicating. Natsuko's sake and related breweries Seisen, Kame no O Manufacturer Established in 1871 Kusumi Sake Brewery Co.
