Unrefined raw sake from Toukoru❗️
I bought this sake at a sake brewery during my summer vacation in Sawara, Chiba.
I bought some others, but I saved this one for last.
While it has the roughness of unfiltered raw sake, the clear taste is quite exquisite and delicious.
It goes well with something a little darker. Today, I had it with yakitori (grilled chicken) that I got through the hometown tax payment system.
At a favorite restaurant near Narita station ‼️.
Sawara, Chiba, Toukoru Sake Brewery.
We had the best Junmai Ginjo made with Aiyama sake rice 😋, fatty yellowtail sashimi, plump Hakata Jidori chicken Negima,.... They go so well together 😂.
Enjoy the luxury of enjoying freshly brewed sake with gusto ‼️.
The ginjo aroma is surely mellow and full-bodied, not to be outdone by the strong flavor of the food.
I think I could easily drink a four-pack of this 😍.

I got this unfiltered nama sake from Toukun Shuzo when I stayed in Sawara City, Chiba in the summer.
The taste is quite refreshing for a nama sake, but a slow and steady flavor follows. Yet, it is easy to drink and is a very elegant sake.
It is truly a sake that is both delicious and elegant.
I also bought another sake made with a different type of rice, so I would like to compare them. It is called Torikawa (Fukuoka Prefecture).
