Junmai Ginjo brewed with a new sake rice called "Tominokou". Although it does not have a strong 🍶waneya's characteristic shwashiness, it is a well-balanced and delicious sake that won first place at 🇫🇷kuramaster2024.

Tasake" was out of stock, so I bought it after being introduced as a delicious sake from the same brewery. The quality is excellent for 2,450 yen. The fruity and sweet taste makes it a little heavy for me, but it is a delicious sake with a sense of elegance.
