Sake made from rice! It's a sake that makes you reaffirm that it's made from rice! It has enough sweetness, but it also has miscellaneous flavors and an alcoholic feel, so it has a bold impression! But it's a rice-like sweetness, so it's a completely different world from fruity! That's why it has a sake meter of +3... I realized how meaningless this number is to my taste buds. I think it's best to pair it with food with strong flavors. Probably, but it would go well with Chinese and Western food too! It's so easy to drink lukewarm sake!

Purchase date 21.04.17 Opening date 21.04.20 Hiya (freshly opened) Color Yellowish green Aroma Slightly muscat aroma Aroma of muscat continues Aftertaste: Clearly disappears Taste Attack Soft tingling sensation Sweetness Mild glucose Sourness Weak but smooth sourness Bitterness After the sweetness is gone, it has a clear bitterness. Umami It is weak but you can feel the umami of rice. Alcohol: A little. A little bit of maturity Food paired with Kikutaro Nabe ★★☆☆☆ The aroma is so strong that it clashes with the aroma of ginger and does not harmonize. Consensus: Hmmm.... I'm not sure if it would go well with light sashimi. I was going to warm it up, but I think I'll just chill it! Cold sake -. Aroma Jyotatsuka, gentle. Aroma like a banana. Taste Sweetness: Weak and sharp Bitterness The astringent taste became clearer when the temperature was lowered. Impression: I think this is better with cold sake. Tamaka💓 My husband bought a bottle of sake🙆♀️ on a business trip a long time ago. Cold drink ⚮̈ color tone Light yellow with a bluish tinge ⚮̈ viscosity ★★★★☆ slightly high? ⚮̈ Strength of aroma ★★★★☆ Somewhat strong ⚮̈Complexity★★☆Moderate ⚮̈Specific examples of aroma Sweet! Fruit! ⚮̈Primary aroma. Muscat? Taste ⚮̈Attack on the palate: ★★★★☆ Slightly strong ⚮̈Complexity ★★☆☆☆☆ Slightly simple ⚮̈Sweetness★★★★☆Some sweetness Fragrant but also sweet -. ⚮̈Specific taste. The texture is light to normal, I think I detected sweetness and acidity, but soon the astringency came and its impact lingers until the end. . It was recommended to me by a liquor store in Takasaki, Otsuka Sake Store. 17 degrees does not make you feel it, it is so easy to drink. It's full-bodied and has a slight sourness. When I left it for a day, it changed to be more solid.

I'm reluctant to be wrapped in newspaper! It doesn't have much of an aroma, but it's thick and full of flavor! It's like it goes with a strong meal! I drank it cold today, so this time I'm going to warm it up a bit and it's a different kind of delicious sake!
