Sake made from rice! It's a sake that makes you reaffirm that it's made from rice! It has enough sweetness, but it also has miscellaneous flavors and an alcoholic feel, so it has a bold impression! But it's a rice-like sweetness, so it's a completely different world from fruity! That's why it has a sake meter of +3... I realized how meaningless this number is to my taste buds. I think it's best to pair it with food with strong flavors. Probably, but it would go well with Chinese and Western food too! It's so easy to drink lukewarm sake!

Umami It is weak but you can feel the umami of rice. Alcohol: A little. . It was recommended to me by a liquor store in Takasaki, Otsuka Sake Store. 17 degrees does not make you feel it, it is so easy to drink. It's full-bodied and has a slight sourness. When I left it for a day, it changed to be more solid.

I'm reluctant to be wrapped in newspaper! It doesn't have much of an aroma, but it's thick and full of flavor! It's like it goes with a strong meal! I drank it cold today, so this time I'm going to warm it up a bit and it's a different kind of delicious sake!
