It's not Soujitchantan 😙. According to the explanation of the department store staff, the rice is Sakonishiki. It has a unique and distinctive aroma like herbs. It has a fresh and crisp taste. Finishes with a tangy bitterness. I don't know if it is a summer sake or not, but it has a refreshing taste and is suitable for summer. I tasted and bought it on the same day as Kessen Sekigahara and Aoi Tenga, but Soumai was the only one that gave me the same impression when I tasted it and drank it at home 🤔. What a relief😅

Oh, very mellow. Sweet and sour in one round world. Interesting. It certainly has the flavor of red wine. I would like to drink it slowly while sitting on a massage chair when the autumn gets a little deeper. It is a Junmai Daiginjo, but at just under 2,000 yen (tax included) for a 4-gou bottle, it is very reasonably priced.

Personally, I did not like the taste. I am still not clear on how to describe the taste of sake because I have not studied it enough. Looking at the keywords in the description, I can handle [dry] and [fruity]. I am not good at [sourness].

A four-part bottle at Maruhachi for about 1,000 yen. The stylish Nishijin-weave-like label caught my attention. The taste is quite refreshing. It is not without the umami of rice, but... In any case, it is a unique sake.

The day after I got drunk with the members of Sake-no-wa, I was at a banquet with people from my company. I thought I couldn't drink, but I did. Good children should not imitate me. It is a refreshing drink, but the bitter taste is good and delicious. It tastes as good as Soujitsuyu, so if you dilute it four times, it might be good for your liver!

I was attracted by the limited edition of this KURA MASTER 2024 award-winning sake, so I bought it. I wondered if the aroma would be too strong since it is a junmai daiginjo sake. I thought it might have a strong aroma, but it didn't. It is a delicious sake.
