Sake ordered by Umaisan. It's the Uguisu no Kura in the garden. I don't usually drink doburoku, but it's like 🍓, tender, sweet and sour. I didn't take a picture of it, but here are some more Jigori-nigori ordered by Umaisan We also drank Shinshu Kamerei and Ine Mangaka ordered by Rutemi. This is the second Jikin Nigori I have had this season, but it still seems sweeter than before. This year might be the best Jikin Nigori I have ever had 🤔. Shinshu Kamerei is a Junmai Ginjo of summer I got it from the sake god before and it's as good as ever 😋I drank it all before it gassed out, but it was still good even when it gassed out 😆. Ine Mankai is one of the best and easiest to drink red rice sake. Berry flavors and red wine-like. I wonder where the original red rice wine came from?

It's really a doburoku. It's like yogurt, like makgeolli. The alcohol content is so low that you would think it was amazake. It's delicious in this way.
