I went to Moriya Shuzo in Kujukuri and bought some doburoku. After leaving it in the refrigerator for a few days, I first tried the top part of the doburoku, and then slowly mixed it with the original doburoku. At the end of the drink, there is still a lot of unrefined sake left in the bottle, so chewing on it as you drink is also delicious! I'm not sure what to make of this, but I'm sure it's a good idea.

Purchased at Moriya Sake Brewery in Yamatake City, Chiba Prefecture. Atmospheric sake brewery founded in Meiji era. Friendly and homey shop! You can enjoy tasting at the shop! This sake is quite unique! In a word... Strawberry Bitter Chocolate! It's not an exaggerated expression, it really is. The sweetness and sourness are wrapped in the bitterness immediately after that, and it remains in the tongue slightly. Then, it changes to a spicy taste and goes away quickly. It is a matured sake made by letting the company's Hyakunen no Shizuku sake sit for two years, so it has a rich and full flavor. And the alcohol is 19 degrees! It's a new genre of sake. It is a new genre. This Strawberry Bitter Chocolate with 19% ALC has me hooked. I'll try it on the rocks. Honjozo Alcohol 19.5 Sake content 5 Acidity 1.3 720ml 1,700yen

This dry junmai has a sweet and sour taste on the palate, but because it is aged as an original sake, it has a solid umami taste along with a bitterness that quickly fades away. It is a good sake to drink cold. The overall impression is of richness and bitterness, and it has the atmosphere of old-fashioned sake, which is different from those in fashion today. Moreover, it is a unique sake because it has a high alcohol content of 17 degrees, which is different from the beautiful name of Maizakura. It is my favorite sake, because I like thick sake! Pale yellow color, banana, aubergine, pumpkin, amino acid scent, earthy wall, the taste is mellow, round, with bitterness and light acidity in the back of the throat. It has a wild flavor. It will go well with strong dishes. It is very interesting and full of the wild taste of a local sake.

Drinking at home. I can't wait for the state of emergency to be declared... Moderate woody aroma, quite dry. It has a moderate bitterness that makes you wonder at first. It's the kind of sake that you think you're not going to like at first, but as you continue to drink it, it becomes more and more addictive and you can't stop.

Date:29.07.2020  Location:Home  Thoughts:I bought it because of the cuteness of Mr. Cheeba, and the bottle is a keeper! The taste was sweet all over my mouth and the mouthfeel was amazingly lukewarm. The tenderness seemed to cling to me... thankfully... lol  Preference:☆  Rice polishing ratio: 60%.  Sake meter value:  Acid Level:  Alcohol Content: 15%.  Rice used:  Price :  Production date: June 2020
