My parents-in-law gave me this sake as a souvenir from Tanba Sasayama. It's a completely unknown brand, so I was very nervous when I opened the bottle. Maybe it's because we've been drinking a lot of autumn sake lately, but it's surprisingly refreshing 😳 You can drink it easily without getting stuck. It has a faint sourness and a spiciness that comes afterwards, and then it goes away quickly. It's a sake made with clean water that goes well with all kinds of food. We enjoyed it with pork kimchi and horse mackerel sashimi. I want to drink it carefully, but it will probably be gone in two days☺️.

Sake Go Around Kobe in Competition (1st house) Yasuragi (former 2nd class sake), Yutori (former 1st class sake) According to the president, Yasuragi is more popular among the locals and is a fantastic sake. The entrée was curry with minced pork cutlet (🍛).
