I bought this bottle 🍶 when I took a walk in the castle town of Tamba Sasayama and visited the Hounaru's tipsy castle town, which is now a museum. I was going to buy the Junmai, but was lured by the words "pichi pichi shuwa shuwa" at the entrance and picked up an aluzoe nigori sake ✨. 🐶 I went to Tanba Sasayama last month. Autumn flavors everywhere! Roasted chestnuts, sweet potato sweets, black bean bread, white azuki bean pudding, grilled tamba beef skewers, it's already great! 🐶. Since I was there, I only had one bottle of sake. It tastes like a thick oooooooo plum wine 😂.

Junmai Ginjo from Tanba Sasayama. It has almost no top-fragrance aroma. Unlike sake from Nada, which is also from Hyogo Prefecture, this sake is made with soft water from this region, so it has a very smooth texture in the mouth. The flavor of the rice is brought out well and the taste is robust and enjoyable. Thank you very much.

Houmai, after 9 years, a single bottle. I happened to learn from the news that "the factory that used to make the bottles will stop making sake bottles at the end of 2022, so sales of this product will be discontinued as soon as the stock runs out", and I happened to be near Sasayama, so I went to the "Hororo-ai Jyokagura" to buy some. It is a very clear, plain sake with a hint of alcohol. It has a slight sweetness and a slightly bitter aftertaste.

Sake purchased at the HYOGO SAKE EXPO. The rice is Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku. I thought it was my first time drinking this sake, but I've already had a similar sake with a different label. It's a sweet, sour, and bitter sake. The sourness has a nutty taste to it. It has a character that other sakes don't have. It doesn't feel as spicy as the +8 sake. The aftertaste is spicy and the nutty feeling lingers in the mouth for a long time. It is quite dry, but it has a unique charm.
