Well, I guess it's normal. 寿梨庵It appeared in an online store that I often use, and since I was unfamiliar with the brand, I just had to buy it 👆.
The reason why I bought it was because it was a Junmai Daiginjyo unfiltered raw sake at a relatively reasonable price. I found out that Tadasu, which I drank a long time ago, is also brewed by this brewery 🙂.
It is fresh, full of melon-like aroma, round and voluptuous. It's a bit like a classic jun-dai with a modern twist 🌟.
I have the impression that Tadashi was a rather unique sake, but this sake lacks a little personality 🤔.

Perhaps because it is drunk in a cold place, the mouthfeel is light and juicy.
The unfiltered umami flavor comes through later.
The three pieces of fish and roe matched with the cod roe.
It is neither too much nor too little. TMORIIt is more refreshing than I expected despite being an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. ともざえもんMing Zheng, I like it!
I also liked Kirakucho.
Shiga sake is delicious 🍶. てんつ[Description] Luxurious 100% special A Yamada-Nishiki is used. It has the most fruity and crisp taste of any local Shiga sake.
The feeling in the mouth is very fruity. You can feel the alcohol at the time of swallowing.
