It has a full-bodied flavor with moderate acidity. The aroma is not particularly strong, so it is suitable as a food sake. It is pleasant when warmed to human body temperature. Not bad when cold.
Unfiltered raw sake. It has a youthful taste with a sharp flavor, but not too assertive. I would like to serve it with simmered dark fish. I only had a sip of the freshly brewed one, so I'm curious to see what happens after opening it,
It was a slightly effervescent, raw sake served from the server. It was rich and tasty, but I don't remember it properly, so I'll have to try it again soon.
