Excellent fruity flavor...bright and fruity aroma, but not too sweet. The gentle sweetness makes it easy to drink, which is something that has never been seen before in Mishio. This is a bottle where you can feel the good affinity between Kitashizuku from Hokkaido and Tosa Shiragiku. A definite repeat purchase.
