100% Omachi from Okayama Prefecture The taste of Yamadanishiki and Omachi is completely different even in the same WASHIN Junmai Ginjo.

Yamadanishiki has a clean taste and Omachi has a dry but gentle taste. Yamadanishiki is easy to drink and Omachi has a deep taste.

Sakushu tastes sake from Tsuyama. We went to the sake brewery and bought it. We were very polite, and when we left, they even gave us a ride in their car. The brewer (president?) told us that the taste of the sake was more for food. The person at the brewery (the president?) said that the taste was "refreshing," but the taste was quite mellow, which I like. It was a beautiful sake with a pleasant sweetness and umami that spread in the mouth.

After a day, it becomes dry and tasty and goes well with meals. It is my favorite, but I can't find it often. In Tokyo, Surugaya in Tsukishima.
