Mie no Kanbai, it's not a sake in a good sense, it's a smooth drink, it's not a habit, it goes well with food!
So far, it's the best among my theme of "sake close to water"!
I compared it with Hourai from Gifu, but Hourai has more of the aroma and aftertaste of drinking sake, but if you want to drink it lightly, I recommend Mie no Kanbai!
We use Yamada Nishiki rice.
It's a crisp, light and dry drink that absorbs alcohol well❗️.
It is not flat and has a strong flavor.
It's a little different from my taste, but it seems to go well with sushi and white fish, so it's a good start to the meal.
