香りは酸っぱい。
味も柑橘系の酸っぱさ。
日本酒ってよりもレモン酒位。
酸っぱさに隠れて山廃感する複雑な味がしそうではあるがやっぱり酸っぱい。
好きではないけど変わり種ではある。
開けた瞬間沈殿するどろどろが勝手に持ち上がっては混ざって開けるのに15分程度かかるとのこと。

口に含んだ瞬間はフレッシュさを感じるが、しっかりとした味わい、ずっしりとお米の味わいと甘さを感じる。森喜酒造はるみ子の酒が有名だが、るみ子さんの娘さんが作られたこの希情熱も今後がとても楽しみなお酒である。
