I brought it back to the campsite along with the two types of sake that I had selected by weight for tasting 🍁.
The first "Sora" I drank tasted tasted gentler than I had imagined, with a hint of apple in the back ✨.

This year's version seems more complete. You can enjoy a gradual sweetness and a spicy aftertaste with no peculiarities. The overall impression is soft, and the short aftertaste also complements the food.

Houraisen Junmai Daiginjo Sora
We were served a Junmai Daiginjo Sora, which is hard to find in Aichi Prefecture.
It had a luxurious taste with both sweetness and umami of rice. It is the kind of sake that you can drink without limit. The Ichinenfudo series is also delicious, but I prefer Houraisen Sora.
