Houraisen Junmai Daiginjo Sora
We were served a Junmai Daiginjo Sora, which is hard to find in Aichi Prefecture.
It had a luxurious taste with both sweetness and umami of rice. It is the kind of sake that you can drink without limit. The Ichinenfudo series is also delicious, but I prefer Houraisen Sora.
The last time I was in Nagoya, they had it with Jyushiyo 🐩I'm curious if that's true!
