I felt the flavor was better when it was a little closer to room temperature than when it was chilled to a perfect temperature, as rumored.
It was delicious and worthy of the premium price!
There is little or no gassiness, and the smoothness of the mouthfeel is remarkable. It is characterized by a sweetness in the middle and a subtle bitterness in the aftertaste. It has a good sense of balance and is an all-rounder sake.
I applied for this sake directly at the brewery and waited over a year for it to arrive directly to me. It was worth the trip to the brewery in the mountains.
This is the first time I've had it, and it's still a delicious sake.
Fruity aroma, soft and slightly sweet in the mouth, sweetness in the throat, and the crispness that comes later are exquisitely blended.
It is just like a good contrast between blue sky and clouds.
