This sake was interesting and complex, but did I like it? The initial impression was almost like sherry or an aged sake. The method of making this is meant to be representative of an ancient technique. I bought this bottle in Kyoto and stored it outside of the refrigerator- maybe I didn’t taste it at the peak? I wanted to like it more than I did.

A sizzling drink with a fruity aroma. We drank it while eating firefly squid, smoked salmon roe, and fried octopus. I like Ume-no-Yado's sake because it suits my body.

今まで飲んだことのない味のため表現しずらい。。。
フルーティーで爽やかなのどごし。
飲んでるうちにだんだん、ボディ感が出てきます
しかし2019年終売らしいです。
梅乃宿がある奈良は、菩提山正暦寺に「日本清酒発祥乃地」の碑が建ち、初めて日本酒が製造されたという言い伝えがあります。
そこに明治２６年創業。2002年にアメリカ進出をはじめ、今ではヨーロッパ諸国にも名前が認知されています。
