I'm drinking it for the first time. It has a retro label. The aroma is fresh and mild. The flavor comes in slowly. I love this kind of cheap and tasty sake.

This is a Junmai Ginjo that I received as a gift. I think there must be a reason why it has Biwa in its name (laughs). I felt a little tingling on the tip of my tongue, and it gave me a strange impression of sweetness and spiciness. The aftertaste is pretty much a lingering alcohol aftertaste.

It was hot today, but this is the first oden of the year. Sourness like a green apple and modest sweetness. It has a little bitter taste. Good good It's new sake!

Hi sato-san, 🐣 Saitama Sake 😊 I talked to someone from Asahara Shuzo before and asked him why Biwa when it's in Saitama... I forgot... I'm useless 😅 I think it's Saitama's hidden great sake ✨👍.

At home. First time in Saitama. I couldn't find Saitama easily, so I searched by the name of the prefecture and finally found it. The aroma is grainy and nutty. The mouthfeel is smooth and fresh, and it has a sweet taste of grain. The sourness and bitterness were not so strong. From the label, I thought it would be heavy, but it was easy to drink.

Good morning, purple pride😃. I thought the name was Shiga❓, but it's Saitama sake❗️. I've never had the chance to meet one before😅.

Haruei Chichi, thank you for your hard work on the drinking trip. Biwa no Sazanami, to be honest, is one of the products I chose just because it's Saitama sake, and I don't think I would have met it without Sake no Wa.

When the bottle is opened, it makes a nice popping sound! When poured into a glass, it is almost colorless with a slight hint of color. When you put it in your mouth, you can enjoy the fizzy feeling on the tip of your tongue. The taste is rather firm, and you can feel a bit of miscellaneous flavors. The aftertaste can be called dry. I kept it at room temperature, but the popping continued every time I opened the lid, and I enjoyed the fizzy feeling for about a week. I thought it was a unique and interesting sake with a big-boned taste and a fizzy feeling.

A representative of Saitama We bought it at the directly managed shop of Asahara Shuzo. I like Biwa no Sasanami from before. sake. It's the best sake in the world! I checked the label with the shop assistant I asked the shop assistant It's only sold here, but It seems to be a pure rice sake of Biwa no Sasanami. It has a slight taste of rice bran, but But it is the best sake for a meal.

It's raw sake, but it's clean and has no peculiarities at all. From the label, I thought it would be strong, but it's just like the ripples of Biwa. It went well with tuna sakutome.
