First impression: not really my favorite,
Maybe it was because the temperature was higher, or because I ate it with dashi broth, but it was okay! It's not my favorite.

I found Sazanami at a liquor store in the next town over after six years of not seeing it at the local liquor store.
It was calm, light, and gradually delicious.
It has been a long time, but the old impression comes back to me.
I am grateful for sake that can reset me from time to time.
I will drink it cold until the end.
Good evening, Mr. Odeghey 🌙.
I've liked Biwa no Sazanami for quite a while now and wonder why it hasn't broken out.
The CP is good and the quality of the sake looks like it could be popular with the current style 😊.
Jurian, good evening 🌙
It's still delicious, isn't it? ❗️
I'm sure it's also attractive to those in the know, isn't it?
I would love for everyone to try it 😊.
Kawagoe continued
Kurari Clary introduces Saitama sake, all 36 kinds.
If you taste it, it's 500 yen for 3 coins,
I'd rather buy a bottle and drink it at home,
or drink it in a restaurant. ❗️
The second glass was Biwa Sasanami, I really wanted to drink Kagamiyama from Kawagoe, but they didn't have it.
I really wanted to drink Kagamiyama from Kawagoe, but they didn't have it, so I chose one from Saitama.
I chose one from Saitama!
It's delicious with a clean and delicious taste.
I was careful not to drink too much because my body was craving for water. ⚠️
I had a few more drinks, but I was too busy talking about the old days.
I'll pass on the report😅😅
Good morning, Chichi 😃
Kurari, we went last time, right? But on weekends
I recommend you to go there on weekdays.
I recommend you to make time to visit on a weekday 😁.
When I took a sip, the tangy sensation reminded me a little of Kamerei Hitogokochi Junmai Ginjo from Ueda.
The rice polishing ratio is 70%, so it has a nice aroma and the flavor of rice can be felt, but because it is dry, the flavor disappears quickly and refreshingly. A dangerous sake to drink too much of!
Rice polishing ratio: 70%.
Alcohol content: 17%.
Sake degree: +4
Acidity: 1.5
Amino acidity: 1.2
You may be wondering why Lake Biwa is the name of this sake brewery, even though it is located in Saitama Prefecture,
The founder, Zenjiro Asahara, was born on the shores of Lake Biwa, and at the age of nine, he went to work for a sake brewery in Ome, Tokyo, and at the age of twenty-nine, in 1877, he started business in his current location, Mt.
I read in the newspaper the other day that many sake breweries in Saitama Prefecture were started by a toji from Omi.
At first, it tastes like a rich cheese
Taste
Then slightly easier to drink
Like champagne.
I hope I will be able to find it again
Hope to see it again!
Good evening, Toshichan 🌙
I've liked this brewery for a while now and I'm interested in this sake ♡.
I have a feeling it's going to be a breakthrough 🤔
Jurian, hello.
Hello, Asahara Shuzo.
You brew really good sake.
I once attended a sake brewery opening.
I remember how much fun it was!
Let's continue to support them!
