At home. First time in Saitama. I couldn't find Saitama easily, so I searched by the name of the prefecture and finally found it. The aroma is grainy and nutty. The mouthfeel is smooth and fresh, and it has a sweet taste of grain. The sourness and bitterness were not so strong. From the label, I thought it would be heavy, but it was easy to drink.

Forgot to raise. Mild, sweet koji-like aroma. Momentarily punchy mouthfeel when included. The alcohol feels crisp and spicy. The acidity is refreshing, and the rice flavor has a core of moderate sweetness. Fresh flavor at the end. It has a good sharpness. This restaurant is full of service. 1772 2023/11 Biwa no Sazanami Hand-pressed unfiltered Junmai Nama 70% +3 1.7 0.9 15° 23/9 A+ Asahara Shuzo, Moroyama-cho, Saitama 1800 2750 I found Sazanami at a liquor store in the next town over after six years of not seeing it at the local liquor store. It was calm, light, and gradually delicious. It has been a long time, but the old impression comes back to me. I am grateful for sake that can reset me from time to time. I will drink it cold until the end.

Kawagoe continued Kurari Clary introduces Saitama sake, all 36 kinds. If you taste it, it's 500 yen for 3 coins, I'd rather buy a bottle and drink it at home, or drink it in a restaurant. ❗️ The second glass was Biwa Sasanami, I really wanted to drink Kagamiyama from Kawagoe, but they didn't have it. I really wanted to drink Kagamiyama from Kawagoe, but they didn't have it, so I chose one from Saitama. I chose one from Saitama! It's delicious with a clean and delicious taste.
