Seisen has a traditional flavor when it is fire-aged...but the raw sake is delicious 🍶...sweet rice aroma...sweet and bitter on the palate, but not bitter enough to be bothersome. Jungin sake brewed with 100% Chiba's sake brewing rice "So no Mai"... I am enjoying it with "Vinegared Myouga" and "Salted Marlin" from Chiba... a delicious marriage...
It is a delicacy from Minami-Boso...perfect for sipping on...but since it is made from only the guts, liver, and salt of the marlin, the salt content...personally, it is the best snack...

Made in Chiba Prefecture using So no Mai
During my trip to Chiba, I decided to buy a local sake.
The sake was easy to drink, but not too thin, and had a good balance of sweetness and acidity.
While waiting for a delayed flight.
At each airport, you can drink the local specialty sake just fine.
The color is slightly yellowish, the smell is almost imperceptible, and it is refreshing and easy to drink.
