The 5th expedition Suwa area, Reito Brewery, next door to Maihime! It was the first time for me to hear the recommendation of "Shibotamama". Rice polishing ratio 59% Alcohol content 16 degrees Right next to Maihime is Reito Shuzo. It has a fresh banana taste. The bitterness and the sweetness on the tip of the tongue make you feel like you are drinking an unpasteurized sake. It's a typical spring sake. Squeezed Manma Reijin's good name. I bought it on a whim. My impression was, as the name suggests, fresh & full-bodied raw sake. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✴︎ Producer: Reijin Shuzo Co. 　　　2-8-21 Suwa, Suwa City, Nagano Prefecture Ingredients: Rice (Nagano Prefecture), 　　　　Rice Koji (Nagano rice) Alcohol content: 17%. It is sake as it is squeezed. It has an unusual taste with moderate acidity and sweetness spreading in the mouth at the same time, followed by a slightly tingling sensation. I enjoyed the yellowish color of the sake as it was served in a white sake cup.

Ordered from Reijin. We had it with carbonated water due to its strong flavor. It refreshes the richness of the sauce barbecue meat from the meat grinder's direct sale. It is a dark delicious tasting sake. This brewery's canned highballs are also delicious.

Suwa 5 Breweries Tour (2) The Suwa 5 Breweries Tour set is available at the tourist information center in Kamisuwa Station for 3,000 yen. 22 tastings in total are available at the 5 breweries. Includes a drawstring, glass, and sticker mount. The second brewery, Reijin. There are 4 tastings. Large tasting space and brewing water is available at the entrance. Water is replenished here 😆. My impression of the sake is that it is just as it was squeezed. The smell is sweet. Sweet and sour in the mouth. Thinly sweet, like a pear🍐, not too thick. The aftertaste was sweet and had a mild aftertaste. I can't take it home with me, so I will have to hold off on buying it😣.

First purchase since I received a DM after I had Suwa 5 warehouses. Not much aroma, Banana-like sweetness and aroma in the mouth. It has a rich sweetness and a strong umami flavor. It has an alcoholic taste and a weak aftertaste. I enjoyed it with steamed pork belly and bean sprouts, and macaroni salad.
