This is another sake that I bought in a hurry because the campaign by Shinagawa Ward municipality has ended ☺️.
This liquor store has a system where you can choose a brand and have it brought to you, as the showcase opening and closing of the refrigerator is located in a place where only the staff can enter.
I bought it knowing only that it was a sake from Tokushima and it was Junmai Daiginjo 😁.
Shikiku Sake Brewery is located in Mima City, Tokushima Prefecture.
Wow. There is a sake brewery in the town where my late father was born and raised 🎶.
The last time I went there was when I was in elementary school, so I wasn't interested in sake at all, but now I would have taken a tour of the brewery 😜.
Well, it is planned to be one of the top class sake in this brewery and the price is almost 5,000 yen for a bottle 😎.
The aroma is a bit bananas🍌!
The aroma is a little banana 🍌 and the taste is easy to drink with a soft sweetness as described, despite the sake degree of +1.0.
And it's refreshing and crisp ❗️.
It has a sharpness to say the least, but I don't feel like I'm drinking sake 🥹.
Considering the price, I don't think I'll repeat 🤣.
Tasted at a sake festival.
Banana-like aroma. The lingering aftertaste is light, though the umami and bitterness are a bit strong for a ginjo-shu.
Chosen for its local sake-like quality and ginjo-shu. Rice: Gin-no-sato.
I bought it because I thought the name was unusual. It seems to mean "Kirai". It doesn't smell so much, but it tastes sweet and has a sake-like aftertaste.
Local sake. Cold. Gorgeous aroma. Slightly sweet. It has a sharpness. Beautiful. Sake is not so popular in Tokushima, but I think this is very good. It would be good on the rocks.
A refreshing, crisp mouthfeel. A slight fresh fruit-like sweetness. As written, the sharpness is certainly good. It's not so much like a namaishu as it is a once-boiled sake.
At first sight, I thought it had a fruity sweetness, but it seems to be more of a sugar sweetness.
bouken-san, good evening ⭐️!
I drank Kirai's Tokujun Nama Genshu before 🙂 I remember it was so easy to drink ✨ I'd like to try it again but I've never come across it 🥲 It's great for eating ✌️😉.
Good morning 🌄
I've never had this type of beer before, but it's easy to drink 😋The liquor store I bought it from said it was the only one in the Kansai area that carries it, so it might not be widely available 😩.
Thank you bouken for [liking] 100 check-ins. I deleted one of the check-ins and have not been able to reply even if I have received a comment. Sorry m(_ _)m
Good evening, Mr. Bouken.
I've been wondering about this.
I'm not in Tokushima prefecture yet, so I want to drink this, but it's hard to find in the market😭.
I want to drink it, but it's hard to find in the market😭. Where did you get it, Mariponnu?
tkmtGood evening 🌃
I struggled to find it myself 💦 it's listed on the official mail order site, but Ao is out of stock... 😥 It looks like Shiboritate is in stock.
Good morning🌞
I'm sorry to bother you from the side 😅 tkmt, it's a shop in Saitama city. I'm not sure if it's currently available or not ✌️ but it is 🥲
I'm sorry, bouken!
bouken-san, thank you for the site information❗️
Mr. Bouken, thank you very much for the site information❗️Mr. Maripornu, it seems to be difficult to buy at liquor stores😅.
I'll try to go to Kitaurawa next time❗️
