I started my night shift last night by cleaning up the earthquake and checking the operation of the equipment (crying). I'm not hurt or anything. Holy shit, my sparkling glass broke! Yesterday was Valentine's Day, so I got some chocolates with sake in them, so here's a review. This is not a whiskey bonbon, but a sake bonbon! When I opened the package, I could smell the rich aroma of sake! The chocolate is sweet, but But when it melts, it mixes with the sake that comes out from inside. It becomes mild to a good degree. The fact that it clearly states which sake is used is amazing! And it's Junmai Daiginjo! How did you find this? Thank you.

私の英語を言い訳してください Really delicious. Much fruit flavor, raisins, melon. Smooth character on the tongue. Enough dryness and acid to still stand up to food. Enjoyed with pork ribs plus zucchini crab pancakes (Dungeness crab my daughter and I captured in the Northern California ocean this last weekend!) that my wife made.
