I usually prefer fruity sake, so it is not a brand I often get, but I happened to have a chance to try it. I had heard that most Hiroshima sake is sweet, but this one is basically dry in all specifications.
The aroma of the opened bottle was pleasant, probably because it was a draft sake. As the +10 number indicates, there is no sweetness, but perhaps because of the aroma, there is no harshness from the alcohol. It is a nice sake that is refreshing and somewhat fruity.
It is said to go well with sushi and sashimi, and it certainly does.
Oh, surprisingly fruity.
It is mildly sweet with a little bit of muscat and melon flavor.
The mouthfeel is clean and refreshing, and it goes down your throat nicely.
The taste is light but full of rice flavor.
It has a core flavor.
Good crispness.
I like it.
Goes well with snap peas.
moderately
It's a super-hot raw sake from the reliable company, Takarazurugi.
I can't imagine what it's like, but I tried it anyway.
It has a raw feeling, but it's not too much, and it still has a graceful quality. It doesn't have any super-hotness.
Well, I can't deny that it's a little bit neither.
After all, the depth of hiyaoroshi is better suited for an honors student from Hiroshima, Yamaguchi, than the sparkling sensation.
Buy it at the store.
It is a regional limited edition sake that is sold on the same day as the sake directly pumped early in the morning, so naturally we drank it on the same day.
It is fresh, with the flavor of Hachitan-Nishiki spreading through it, and it is very smooth and crisp.
It is indeed Doitsu's sake, and I will make a reservation for next year.
Postscript: The second bottle was opened.
I opened the second bottle and drank it hot this time, and it was delicious without losing its balance.
Not as spicy as the numerical value, but you can feel the sweetness of the rice.
Easy to drink with good sharpness.
