I usually prefer fruity sake, so it is not a brand I often get, but I happened to have a chance to try it. I had heard that most Hiroshima sake is sweet, but this one is basically dry in all specifications.
The aroma of the opened bottle was pleasant, probably because it was a draft sake. As the +10 number indicates, there is no sweetness, but perhaps because of the aroma, there is no harshness from the alcohol. It is a nice sake that is refreshing and somewhat fruity.
It is said to go well with sushi and sashimi, and it certainly does.
