It is a regional limited edition sake that is sold on the same day as the sake directly pumped early in the morning, so naturally we drank it on the same day.
It is fresh, with the flavor of Hachitan-Nishiki spreading through it, and it is very smooth and crisp.
It is indeed Doitsu's sake, and I will make a reservation for next year.
