The menu on the wall said "seafood" and I thought, what the heck, but when I asked the restaurant staff for a recommendation for a "strong acidic drink", they brought me this "Umi Fudo". I had seen it before! According to the owner, this sake has won the first prize in some kind of competition. It is delicious! It has a strong sourness, which I like!

I encountered it at the first restaurant I went to. I was served sashimi, so I decided to give it a try. It had a strong sour taste on the palate, but it had an indescribable sweetness and a clean aftertaste, which was a new taste for me. I would like to buy some next time I see it!

I went to the "Northern Sake Festival" and tasted a lot of sake! One of the most memorable was "Umi Fudo" (sea wind soil). The label was cute and I wanted to try it. It was quite sour and lemon-like. My friend who went with me was also surprised. I like it ♥ I want to repeat this one because of its refreshing summery sourness! It was a fun and tasty drink!

富久長、13度、70%、原酒、純米酒、レモンのような酸味とジュースのような甘さ、久しぶりに飲んだが、前に飲んだ時と同じくおいしい！

I had been drinking only out-of-state sake, so I chose local sake. A brand I've been curious about for a while. It has a strong acidity and is light and easy to drink! Delicious! Perfect sake for summer! Added to my favorites! I was quite satisfied!
