I bought this one at Matsuya in Ginza. Isn't the term "super special" really good? Combined with the name "Kinraku", it's an overflowing premiere. It sounds like a special day, but yes, today is just another ordinary day!
It has a great balance of sharpness and rice flavor! It comes with an alcoholic and mellow taste at the same time, so "I'm drinking sake! It makes me feel like I'm in a good mood (what does that mean?). It's a bit alcoholic, but it's refreshing. I want more.
Pork jerky goes very well with this dish. (I recommend the Tengu Ham from Kanazawa. It was just the right drink for a bit! Best dinner of the night.
