This is the one I bought at the brewery's online store and brought as a souvenir, but they let me taste a little 😀.
Kotobuki is made in a village next to my own country (Hirotogawa too) and is a delicious sake!
Kame-no-o is also grown in the village and is a terroir product.
The gentle sweetness and delicious rice flavor filled my mouth, and I felt it would go well with anything as a food sake!
Personally, Suzunoi is my first choice👍.
Repeat for sure 😊.
It's sweet and full in the mouth, but it's crisp and dry, so it disappears quickly and is easy to pair with rice. It's also delicious.
I've been drinking it with radish scallop salad, and it's just delicious.
Serve at room temperature.
