The aroma is that of a slightly peculiar yet delicious sake 💕.
It is soft on the palate, but the umami flavor slowly returns later on.
I first tried it cold, but I think it would be better with hiya.
It has a long aftertaste, but not too bad 😋.
Thank you for the treat 😙🍶💕.
This is the first sake rice I have ever received.
The aroma is sour and reminds one of classic sake.
The mouthfeel is moist and moist, with sourness and spiciness. When you put it in your mouth, the taste spreads in your mouth at once and disappears quickly.
It is an easy-drinking sake that will not make you tired. We served it cold, but it might be better warmed up.
Sourness and rice aroma
Gentle mouthfeel with a touch of sweetness.
Sweetness, a little sourness, and not much bitterness. It has the taste of so-called classic sake, but is very easy to drink. It does not make a strong statement, but I felt it would go well with a variety of meals as a food sake.
A gift.
Good aroma.
The taste is... how to say, good or bad, it is an old sake ^^;.
Slightly dry and refreshing.
I drank it cold, but it might be better lukewarm.
Funaki Shuzo
Kitanosho Junmai Ginjo
This brewery is located in Fukui City, Fukui Prefecture.
Sake rice is Gohyakumangoku and Shinriki rice.
It has a fruity ginjo aroma,
It has a fruity ginjo aroma, but the light, refreshing taste may be a little lacking.
It may be a little insufficient.
It would go well with light fish dishes.
#Nihon-shu
Gentle and soft ginjo aroma, rounded mouthfeel, well-balanced sweetness and acidity, and a pleasantly bitter taste that finishes gently. A well-balanced sake that is beautiful and goes well with meals.
