微かに黄色味がかった透明。酸味を思わせる柑橘系の香りと原料由来の米の香り。香りに違わず甘酸っぱい口当たり。どっしりと厚みのある飲み口を感じさせる米の旨味。程よい酸味。苦味は控えめ。やや長めの余韻。
