Rich ginjo aroma, super clear sweetness, 🍭 like tortoiseshell candy
It's got just the right amount of acidity and a faint spiciness to it, and the more you drink it, the sharper it gets, the spicier it gets, which is what this brewery is all about. I knew this brewery's sake was good... 😋
