This is a comment from an amateur sake lover.
I bought this as a souvenir when I visited Odawara the other day. It tastes dry and refreshing. It is easy to drink, and its medium-heavy taste makes it a well-balanced sake for a mid-meal drink.
It is a very rich and flavorful sake. We are thankful to be able to drink delicious sake again today. Happiness to be able to drink fish again today!
I'm not a big fan of light, dry beer, but I love light, dry sake!
I had it hot, and it was so refreshing that it made me want to eat something rather oily than something salty!
Kanagawa's famous sake and oden restaurant "Teru" was born in Noge. We have a wide variety of famous Kanagawa sake breweries and maniacal brands! You can choose from Junmai, Junmai Ginjo, and Junmai Daiginjo. First, we enjoyed Hakonezan Junmai! It has been a while since I tasted Hakonezan. The refreshing taste is a good accompaniment to the Ekiden Road Relay Race.
