The aroma is subdued. When you put it in your mouth, it has a pleasant ginjo aroma, but at the same time, it is tangy and spicy at the same time. The taste is sharp until the finish. Good.
The aroma is gorgeous, the taste is a bit thin, with a slightly pronounced bitterness and acidity that comes through smoothly, and the alcohol that passes through the nose is refreshing like a daiginjo, but not to my liking.
I was introduced to three different kinds of sake from the same brewery and was told that I was a connoisseur! It's great to drink it while eating dried firefly squid!
