Junmai Sake Hachioji Castle" by Ozawa Shuzojo
We stopped by Jimba Soba Yamashitaya on the way back from our trip to Kita-Takao Mountain and had this sake.
Thank you very much for your hospitality.

This is a sister product of Mulberry City, and although there are similarities between the two, this one is more complex.
The bitterness and egglessness are more pronounced, and it is heavier than the other two, so it is not suitable for summer...

It's a very tasty sake, but it's a little bit old.
And when I looked at the production date, it was last April.
Well, it's not so unpleasant, so no problem.
We were served a local sake 😊.
The aroma is mild, the taste of rice is gentle, and it seems to be a good sake for Japanese food ✨.
In the past, I used to only drink sakes with a strong sweetness, fruity aroma, or fizzy taste, but recently I've come to enjoy dry sake and traditional sake ✨.
I can drink sake with a variety of flavors and never get tired of it ✨.
Junmai-shu from Tokyo Ozawa Sake Brewery. It is a junmai sake that is crisp and easy to drink. I enjoy the luxury of having a drink before noon on weekdays while riding the train.
Local vegetables (Shogoin daikon and komatsuna) from Hachioji are combined with local sake from Hachioji. It has a mild taste and is good as a midday drink. Serve hot.
