It's a sake brewery located in the former Egomachi, just south of Hirado on Route 204 and into Sasebo City!
It's about 30 minutes drive from my mother's family home😊. miuta_takashiComparison set. The cask sake has a lot of character. 本陣殿様への献上酒 うま口純米原酒生酒無濾過おりがらみ 
boukenI've never seen this kind of sake anywhere but Haretoke.
Well, Haretoke sells a lot of sake that doesn't come from the local area. Like Biwa Pacific and Tongjun. They used to sell Hamamusume for the local market in Akatake.
The rice used is reiho.
Lemon and herbal flavors. The flavor is voluminous. The sourness is also there. It's not a modern type, but it's much better than I expected.
It says "origarami" on the back, but I can't see any cloudiness or lees when I pour it. 遥瑛チチGood evening, bouken-san!
