Here is the second cup!
Honjin Junmai Sake (Egomachi, Sasebo City)
Made with locally grown staple rice, Reihou.
I haven't heard of Reihou for a long time.
This one is also a little dry.
It has a strong rice flavor. ❗️
I wonder if it's because it's made from staple rice.
When I paired it with ika-sashi kelp (quite spicy), it was perfectly acceptable👍
I found out later that it is more suitable for warmed sake (lukewarm) than cold sake 🍶!
Please tell me that as soon as possible.
I checked the image on the back of the label, and there were ◎ marks for lukewarm and room temperature!
I'm not paying attention 💦.

Good morning, Haruei Chichi ☀️
Nice trip 😋.
I can see a cedar ball here along the Hirado - Sasebo city line (^^)
I bought a beer commemorating the opening of Kamome the other day 🍻.
I'm looking forward to this commercial too ☺️.

Hello, staggered feet😃.
You know us well ❗️.
It's a sake brewery located in the former Egomachi, just south of Hirado on Route 204 and into Sasebo City!
It's about 30 minutes drive from my mother's family home😊.
