[10/17-18 on vacation]
We continued the zero-sequence party. We drank the Shizengo Sawayaka Honjozo that we bought at Sota Watanabe. The Oki Daikichi Honten's Honjozo is called "Gakki Masamune", but I was curious to see what this one tasted like.
It smells like an apple. The aroma is quite strong.
The sweetness is rather subdued and crisp. There is a sense of brewed alcohol, but that is not a concern. The aftertaste is nice and crisp.
It's different from the sweet and juicy "Gakki Masamune", but it's more like an old-fashioned orthodox sake. I felt the breadth of the sake made by Oki Daikichi Honten.

楽器正宗で知名度上昇中、大木大吉本店さんの辛口！蒸暑くなってきたのでキンキンに冷やしてテイスティング♪白ブドウの様な香り、甘さはほんのり優しい感じ。後味は超辛口なだけにピリッときてキレも良いです！ここは醸造アルコールの使い方が上手ですね〜！アル感はややありますが食中は気になりませんね。2000円でお釣りのくるお酒にしてはクオリティ高いですよー！

飲み口は深く濃く、味わい深い。辛さこそないがコクのある後味が後まで響く。郡山駅から福島駅へ。車内は平日ともあって人影はまばら。
