I know - dry! But the sake-like quality is... less acidic? This is fine, less is more...! That's a nice change of pace!

They only sell it locally. Buy it directly from the brewery! It's delicious, refreshing, sweet umami aroma, and sharp! If you like instruments, by all means! I should have bought the dry version too.

Tonight's bottle is this one! I got this at a local liquor store when I was on a trip to Ibaraki. Of course, it was my first time. The sweet aroma reminds me of "Shizenigo" and "Shokugaku Masamune" and reminds me of bananas. Then, of course, I took a sip with hot sake... Pleasant sweetness and crisp acidity. The finish is crisp and clean. I don't remember, but I believe it has a great cost performance. 4.5 stars

Alcohol content 15 degrees Rice polishing ratio: 60% koji rice, 70% kake rice We were surprised at the price of 990 yen. The clerk at the sake shop said that it was impossible to get such a good price. We had it with seafood hot pot, and it went well with it. It doesn't have a strong personality, but it's a standard sake with a great taste, and it's the type of sake you want to keep on hand.

Buy it directly from the brewer!　If you blindfold it, they say it's indistinguishable from Gakki Masamune! Well, it's so good for about 1000 yen. I'm so happy. It's really refreshing, yabba yabba. I should have bought it in bulk.
