We were surprised at the price of 990 yen.
The clerk at the sake shop said that it was impossible to get such a good price.
We had it with seafood hot pot, and it went well with it.
It doesn't have a strong personality, but it's a standard sake with a great taste, and it's the type of sake you want to keep on hand.
Buy it directly from the brewer! If you blindfold it, they say it's indistinguishable from Gakki Masamune!
Well, it's so good for about 1000 yen. I'm so happy.
It's really refreshing, yabba yabba.
I should have bought it in bulk.
It's been a while since I've been to Hanasaku, so I just had one drink. Sawayaka Shizengo Super Dry. But it's not that spicy! It's not that spicy, but it's just the right amount of spicy and delicious. Delicious ✨Job description
I bought this because I wanted to compare it with the middle of the instrument Masamune.
This is also delicious!
It's good at room temperature or heated.
It's great for the coming season. lol
It had a refreshing taste that is typical of Oki Daikichi Honten.
A bottle I want to drink again.
I couldn't go anywhere during GW, but it was fun to have an online drinking party with my friends from university. We're all in the Kansai area, so we don't get to see each other at all anymore, but it's nice to be able to have a casual drinking party like this on line.
The sake we drank online was one of the souvenirs we still had left. It's a honjozo, but it's not too alcoholic, and it's so light that it goes down like water. It's perfect for drinking while chatting. The appetizers were kiri and bitter chocolate, with the kiri being slightly better.
It's interesting that it says on the bottle that you can visit the brewery. I'd love to go, I wonder if I'll be able to move around freely in November...
[10/17-18 on vacation]
We continued the zero-sequence party. We drank the Shizengo Sawayaka Honjozo that we bought at Sota Watanabe. The Oki Daikichi Honten's Honjozo is called "Gakki Masamune", but I was curious to see what this one tasted like.
It smells like an apple. The aroma is quite strong.
The sweetness is rather subdued and crisp. There is a sense of brewed alcohol, but that is not a concern. The aftertaste is nice and crisp.
It's different from the sweet and juicy "Gakki Masamune", but it's more like an old-fashioned orthodox sake. I felt the breadth of the sake made by Oki Daikichi Honten.
